Terms of Service for TPHOTOGRAPHY, LLC.

Welcome to TPHOTOGRAPHY, LLC.. By booking a session with us, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any booking.

1. Scope of Services

TPHOTOGRAPHY, LLC. provides professional photography services, including but not limited to studio portraits, outdoor portraits, prom photography, and graduation photography. Detailed descriptions of these services and associated fees are available on our website or upon request.

2. Copyright and Usage Rights

a. Copyright: All photographs taken byTPHOTOGRAPHY, LLC., its photographers, or affiliates are the intellectual property of [Your Photography Business Name] and are protected by copyright laws.

b. Client Use: The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered photographs for personal use only. This includes the right to print, share, and display the photographs for non-commercial purposes.

3. Payment and Fees

The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the booked photography services. This includes any deposits, session fees, and additional charges for extra services or products as agreed upon. Payment terms are outlined in our Booking and Cancellation Policy.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the terms outlined in our Booking and Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery of Images

The method and timeline for the delivery of final images will be communicated to the Client at the time of booking. TPHOTOGRAPHY, LLC. is not responsible for delays outside of its control.

6. Liability

TPHOTOGRAPHY, LLC. and its photographers shall not be liable for any legal action, claim, or damages resulting from or arising out of the publication of the images or any other use by the Client. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TPHOTOGRAPHY, LLC. from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the use of the images.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond the party's reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

8. Agreement Modification

No modification of this agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, USA.

10. Acceptance

By booking a session with TPHOTOGRAPHY, LLC., the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
